Our data: what changes in the numbers and how we measure it

Omnia Lab is a sales-department operating system on top of your CRM — Bitrix24, amoCRM or any other. This page holds our own before-and-after measurements, the method behind them, and the exact rules the system follows when it acts.

Sales numbers get thrown around a lot, so we show where ours come from. Every result below is a measurement at a live client: the same metric before we connected and after. We name the industry, not the company. Next to them are the system's rules — not promises, but the specific deadlines it works to, identically for everyone.

What changed at clients after rollout?

Measured before and after connection. Whole calendar months, same calculation on both sides.

Share of deals with prepayment
from 4—7% to 13%
Median first response time
from 32 minutes to 6.5
Client revenue
+33% over four months with no new hires
Rollout time
3—5 days
Free audit
3—5 days

Measured at live clients, including a premium car dealership. Names withheld by agreement.

Why the median and not the average?

One fast reply can drag the average down past ten slow ones. The median shows the typical case: half your clients waited longer, half waited less. So we measure speed by median, and separately track the share of replies that took over an hour — that is the part that costs money.

What deadlines does the system work to?

These are defaults, not per-client tuning. The same deadlines apply to every deal, which is what makes the numbers comparable across periods.

Escalation ladder on an unanswered client
5, 10, 15, 17 and 20 minutes, each step to its own recipient
Client says «call me in an hour»
task due at their time plus 30 minutes
Missed call
call-back task due in 30 minutes
What counts as a real call-back
a conversation of 15 seconds or more
Bringing a silent client back
touches on day 1, 3, 7 and 30, digest at 15:00
Daily deal review
18:00, four axes, list of deals needing attention
Threshold for that list
priority 70 and above, at most 10 deals
Recovery of lost messages
every 30 minutes
Silence alarm on the message flow
over 3 hours with no client messages in working hours

What research do we build on?

We don't prop our own numbers up with someone else's — but the method rests on work you can check.

  • Replying within an hour yields 7× more qualified leads than replying an hour later, and 60× more than a day later — Harvard Business Review, «The Short Life of Online Sales Leads», 2011, 2,241 companies.
  • Cutting the wait from 30 minutes to 5 raises lead qualification roughly 21× — James Oldroyd, MIT Sloan.
  • 93% of closed deals take until the sixth touch, and half of all leads never get a second call — Velocify, about 3.5 million leads.
  • Conversation scoring rests on ISO 18295-1, COPC CX, BARS, SPIN and MEDDIC.

Which numbers you will never see from us?

The industry repeats statistics with no original source. We don't use them, and we'd suggest you don't either.

  • «78% of buyers choose whoever replied first» — nobody quoting it can point to the original study.
  • «Average conversion up X% after adopting AI» — with no baseline and no period, that number means nothing.
  • Percentages from our internal dashboards that cannot be re-verified by a before-and-after measurement.
  • Results from pilots shorter than a month: seasonality eats the effect and the number becomes noise.

How do you check these numbers on your own data?

The free audit is built so that you get a measurement even if you never buy anything.

  1. 01

    We connect to your channels

CRM, telephony, messengers. Read access only; nothing in your system changes.

  2. 02

    We compute the baseline

median first response, share of leads with no owner, share of closures with no real reason, share of deals with no next step.

  3. 03

    We show the leak points

not a general conclusion but the specific deals where the money went.

  4. 04

    The measurement is yours

the numbers stay with you whatever you decide. Takes 3—5 days.

Частые вопросы

Why don't you name your clients?
That was the agreement when we signed. We give the industry and segment — a premium car dealership, for instance — which is enough to judge relevance without breaking our word.
Will we see the same results?
Honestly, not necessarily. The size of the effect depends on how big your gap is today: if your median response is already five minutes, there is nothing to speed up. The free audit exists to show your own gap first.
What exactly counts as «first response»?
Time from the lead appearing to the first real contact with the client. Bot greetings and marketplace service notices don't count. Only working hours are counted, and the measurement caps at three days.
Where does +33% revenue come from — is that your doing?
It is a measurement of the client's revenue four months before and after, with no new hires. We don't claim the whole increase came from the system: the market and the team's own work affect revenue too. We report what was measured.
Can we get the raw measurement data?
For your own funnel, yes — after the audit you get the calculation down to individual deals. Other clients' data we don't share with anyone.

We connect to your channels with read access, compute your median response time, the share of leads with no owner and how well closures hold up, then show you on specific deals where the money leaks. Takes 3—5 days, and the calculation is yours either way.
