Bitrix24 analytics: what the reports show, and what they cannot
Omnia Lab is a sales operating system that runs on top of your CRM — Bitrix24, amoCRM or any other. More dashboards will not fix your analytics: a report cannot count an event nobody recorded. Capture the reply, the promise and the closing reason first.

Bitrix24 reports what people put into it: stages, amounts, tasks, workload per rep. It cannot report how long a lead actually waited for a first reply, or which customer never got the quote they were promised. It cannot tell you whether a deal marked "spam" really was spam. That is not a flaw in the platform. Nobody records those events, so no report can count them. Omnia Lab runs on top of Bitrix24 and fills that gap without replacing your CRM.
What does Bitrix24 analytics report well?
Plenty of questions are answered by the standard reports. Do not rebuild what already works.
- Pipeline by stage: how many deals sit where, and how much money they represent.
- Workload per rep: open deals, overdue tasks, activity volume.
- Lead sources and conversion by source, as long as tagging is clean and every enquiry gets logged.
- Deal history: who moved a deal, when, and what they changed.
- Built-in telephony reports: call counts, duration, missed calls.
What do standard Bitrix24 reports miss?
- True first-response time. The CRM only sees the channels it owns. A rep who calls back from a personal phone or replies in a messenger outside the integration leaves no trace, and the customer still waited.
- What happens to leads at night and on weekends. A report shows the deal was created at 23:40 and touched at 10:15. It does not show that nobody owned it until morning.
- Promises made on both sides. A rep says the quote goes out tonight. A customer asks for a call in an hour. Neither becomes a row in any report.
- Whether a closure was justified. "Lost" and "spam" are a rep's own choice. Bitrix24 counts them honestly, but it cannot tell you the reason was real.
- How many touches happened before a deal died. You see the final stage, not whether the deal was worked six times or once.
- What was actually said. You get call duration, not what was agreed. Reviewing calls and chats is separate work, and it is one signal among many rather than the whole picture.
Why do these reporting gaps cost real money?
This is not a complaint about the platform. Bitrix24 is a system of record. It keeps what you enter and is not built to police speed or follow-through. The catch is that speed and follow-through are what move revenue.
- Replying within an hour produces 7x more qualified leads than replying an hour later, and 60x more than replying a day later. Harvard Business Review, "The Short Life of Online Sales Leads", 2011, 2,241 companies.
- Cutting the wait from 30 minutes to 5 raises the odds of qualifying a lead roughly 21x. Research by James Oldroyd, MIT Sloan.
- 93% of deals close by the sixth touch, yet half of all leads never get a second call. Velocify, roughly 3.5 million leads.
How do I audit my own CRM reports in one evening?
Pull your last ten enquiries and walk through these steps by hand. The answers usually disagree with the dashboard.
- 01
Find the most recent overnight enquiry
Note when it arrived and when the customer got a reply. Not the first click inside the CRM. The reply itself.
- 02
Check that every enquiry has an owner
An unowned lead never shows up as a problem. On paper it looks fine. In practice nobody is working it.
- 03
Rebuild one customer's path across channels
Collect the web form, the messages, the calls. Compare that to the deal card. Some touches will be missing.
- 04
Open ten deals marked lost or spam
Ask whether the reason is clear from the card alone. If it is not, that deal left your statistics unexamined.
- 05
Count touches on lost deals
If most died after one or two touches, you are losing on persistence, not on negotiation.
- 06
Hunt for promises with no follow-up
Scan the chats for "I'll send the quote" and "I'll call you tomorrow". Check which ones happened and whether a task exists.
What are the common mistakes in Bitrix24 analytics?
- Measuring conversion against deals in the CRM instead of all incoming enquiries. Anything never logged drops out of the denominator and flatters the numbers.
- Treating the rep's first action as the response time. Opening a card is not answering a customer.
- Leaving junk and spam enquiries in the main pipeline. They dilute every average and make a weak rep look average.
- Trusting the stage more than the conversation. Stages are moved by hand and often lag reality by days.
- Paying bonuses off a report nobody has ever checked deal by deal. One unverified number kills trust in all of them.
- Building more dashboards instead of capturing the missing events. Until response times and promises are recorded, every new report counts the same empty space.
What does Omnia Lab add on top of Bitrix24?
The system does not replace your CRM. It follows every enquiry from arrival to payment and writes the missing part back into Bitrix24.
- Assigns new enquiries by shift schedule and makes sure each one has a real owner. Nights and weekends do not sit until morning.
- Measures first-response time across every channel and escalates in steps: a nudge to the rep first, then to the manager.
- Tracks promises from both sides. The customer asked for a call in an hour, the rep promised a quote. The reminder fires on time and the task closes only when the promise is kept.
- Prompts the next touch as a deal cools, so it does not die in silence.
- Turns a missed call into a task with a deadline. Night calls move to the morning.
- Filters out junk and spam so the team stops spending time on them and the numbers stay clean.
- Checks closures. "Lost" and "spam" without a real reason go back into the pipeline.
- Keeps a deal record and fills CRM fields for the rep, so your Bitrix24 reports finally run on complete cards.
- Reviews calls and chats as one of its signal sources, alongside the rest, not instead of them.
- Sends Telegram alerts with action buttons, a morning plan, and an evening summary for the manager.
What changes in the numbers after rollout?
Measured before and after rollout at active clients. We do not name them.
- Median first response
- 32 minutes before, 6.5 minutes after.
- Deals with prepayment
- Up from 4-7% to 13% at a premium car dealership.
- Client revenue
- +33% over four months, with no extra headcount.
- Audit
- 3-5 days, free, before any work starts.
- Rollout
- 3-5 days. You keep your CRM.

Частые вопросы
- Doesn't Bitrix24 already report response time?
- It does, for the channels it owns. A callback from a personal phone or a reply in a messenger outside the integration never reaches that report. We measure response time across all channels and check it against real deals.
- Do we have to switch CRMs?
- No. Omnia Lab runs on top of Bitrix24, amoCRM and others. Your pipelines, permissions and settings stay as they are. We only write the missing data and tasks into the cards.
- How is this different from call recording or speech analytics?
- Call recording shows you how a rep talked. It will not show you that a lead sat overnight with no owner, or that the promised quote never went out. We do review conversations, but that is one signal source, not the product.
- What if reps just mark everything as spam?
- Every closure is checked for a real reason. Weak or empty reasons send the deal back into the pipeline, and the manager sees who does it and how often. Genuinely off-target enquiries are filtered separately so they never skew the numbers.
- How long does rollout take and what do you need from us?
- Three to five days. We need access to the CRM, telephony and messengers, plus an hour to understand your shifts and pipeline. No extra headcount, and reps keep working in the Bitrix24 they already know.
- Can we just see our own numbers first?
- That is what the audit is for. In three to five days we measure real response time, what happened to every enquiry, and how many closures hold up. Then you decide whether to roll anything out.
